【JunIzawa】

インストロックバンド「LITE」のベーシスト。日向秀和(ストレイテナー,Nothingʼs Carved In Stone)、ホリエアツシ(ストレイテナー)、大喜多崇規(Nothingʼs Carved In Stone)とのツインベースバンド「FULLARMOR」やピエール中野(凛として時雨)との爆音ジャムセッションバンド「カオティック・スピードキング」としても活動。 2022年からLITEとDeDe Mouseによる新しいコレクティブ、「Fake Creators」や80KidsのALI&と新プロジェクト「Jag」を立ち上げ、新しい方面へのアプローチを行なっている。ソロ名義「JunIzawa」では、既に構築された楽曲を一度崩し、再構築、新しいものへと昇華した楽曲とベース一本で新たな表現を模索し試みている。音楽専門学校のプロミュージシャン学科ベース専攻の講師や音楽ディストリビューションサービス「FRIENDSHIP.」のキュレーターを務める等、多方面でも活動中。

Bassist Jun Izawa is best known as a member of instrumental rock band “LITE”, but is active in several other projects, including twin bass outfit “FULLARMOR”, alongside Hidekazu “Hinatch” Hinata (Straightener, Nothing’s Carved in Stone, HHMM, etc.), Atsushi Horie (Straightener), and Takanori Ohkita (Nothing’s Carved in Stone, ZOOBOMBS, etc.). Izawa is also a member of CHAOTIC SPEEDKING with Pierre Nakano (ling tosite sigure). As of 2022, Izawa has further broadened his musical horizons as a founding part of the collective “Fake Creators” with LITE and De De Mouse, and new project “Jag” with Ali& of 80Kidz. Under his solo alias “JunIzawa”, he has combined his experience as a bassist and composer with broad musical experimentation, producing electronica that deconstructs and sublimates his compositions into something completely new.

Izawa is also active in a variety of fields, serving as a lecturer at a vocational college for budding professional bassists, in addition to his work with music distributor FRIENDSHIP, where he serves as a curator.
